Worcester County Fire Marshal

Use this form to request a copy of a Fire/Explosive or Hazmat report.  Complete the form below.  A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.   Reports are $25 and $1 per page (Usually, $25 covers the cost).  Mail a check or Money Order payable to Worcester County, to the Worcester County Fire Marshal's Office, 1 West Market Street, Room 1003, Snow Hill, Maryland 21863-1194.  Upon receipt of your payment we will process the request for the copy of the report.  Reports are NOT available until the case is closed or placed in inactive status.

Certain Reports may require a written Freedom of Information request.  You will be notified if a FOI Act request is needed.
