INCENDIARY FIRE IN SNOW HILL
On January 25, 2009 at 1806 hours the Snow Hill Police Department contacted the Worcester County Fire Marshal's Office to assist with an outside fire located at 405 Covington Street in Snow Hill, Maryland 21863.
Upon arrival, fire investigators determined a bicycle was intentionally set on fire and placed on the front fender / tire of a bicycle which was leaning up against a dwelling. The fire caused damage to the bicycle before being extinguished by the occupant of the home.
The Snow Hill Police Department handled the criminal aspects of the case while the Fire Marshal's Office handled the origin and cause investigation.
