"The Worcester County Fire Marshal’s Office investigated a fire which occurred on August 4, 2003. The 9 p.m. fire which occurred at 19 Leigh Drive in Ocean Pines was quickly extinguished. The dwelling, which is under construction, was not occupied at the time of the fire. Firefighters from the Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Department remained on the scene for approximately one hour. No injuries were reported. The fire was intentionally set or ARSON.
