"Last Snow Hill Firefighter Released From Burn Center"

"The last Snow Hill Volunteer Firefighter that has been hospitalized since the September 1, 2002 house explosion at 304 Bay Street has been released from John Hopkins, Bayview Burn Center in Baltimore. Firefighter Howard Stephens was released on Saturday, October 19, 2002. The investigation into the cause of the explosion continues. The exact heat source associated with the ignition of the blast is on going. The Worcester County Fire Marshal’s Office is being assisted with that portion of the investigation by several mechanical engineers from both the private and public sectors. There is no estimate as to how long the ignition source determination will take."
